About the Presenter: Pam Schilling, MBA'00

Pam leverages 25 years of experience from strategy consulting and tech-co finance leadership roles to set the strategic direction for Arch Career Partners and working directly with clients. Her career mission is to bring talent to organizations and build talent within, aiming to advance business priorities and individual career goals. Pam’s expertise is 1. thinking strategically about career advancement, 2. drawing out insights about skills/capabilities/career path, 3. establishing creative and rigorous approaches for training, and 4. framing roadmaps to pursue roles and advance with high performing organizations.
Prior to Arch Career Partners, Pam’s roles included completing Sprint’s Finance Leadership Rotational Program, consultant with Diamond Technology Partners and Strategy& (now part of PwC), Chief of Staff for a practice leader with Huron Consulting Group, Director of Finance during the IPO of a tech-firm, and Career Coach with Chicago Booth’s Career Services team.
Pam has an MBA from Chicago Booth and a B.S.B. in Accounting and Business Administration from the University of Kansas (Rock Chalk Jayhawk!), and is currently pursuing her Doctorate in Business Administration at DePaul University.
Pam resides in Chicago with her husband and twin toddler boys. Her professional and personal interests include: Mentoring, travel and exploring, photography, podcasts, cooking and dining, sports.
