Please join us for a conversation with Robert Dintzer, VP of Organizational Culture and History for Dimensional Fund Advisors. Robert will discuss Dimensional’s deep-rooted history with the University of Chicago.
We’ll look at Dimensional’s founder David Booth and learn how over the past 30 years, he and his team has grown an idea into $388 billion operation. We’ll go back to the beginning with Nobel laureate Eugene Fama’s Efficient-market Hypothesis as well as look at the accomplishments of renowned graduates and professors such as John P. Gould. Learn how these University of Chicago alumni and professors blazed new dimensions in financial economics.
About Robert Dintzer:
Robert joined Dimensional in 1994 and played a key role in developing the company's communications function as chief communications officer. Today, that group provides full-service creative support to the organization and its professional clients through the marketing group. In 2013, he assumed his current position, in which he leads the preservation, enhancement, and articulation of Dimensional's values and history across the organization. Working closely with senior management and departments, Robert coordinates efforts to instill firm principles and culture in recruiting, onboarding, talent development, employee engagement, special events, client communications, and other business functions. Robert has career experience in multimedia communications, including the development of distance learning programs for the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Harvard University. He received his BFA at Emerson College in Massachusetts, where he studied writing and literature.
